Ritika Boutique Privacy Policy

Ritika Boutique apps are business tools used by boutique owners, admins, and assigned tailors to manage women and girls boutique orders. The apps are not general social apps and are not intended for public customer self-service.
Information We Collect
- Account and login information such as phone number, role, and device notification token.
- Customer order information entered by boutique staff, including customer name, phone number, visit reason, due date, order status, and payment/account balance records.
- Measurement and garment information needed for stitching, alteration, fitting, and delivery work.
- Photos uploaded for design reference, fabric, lace, astar/lining, inventory, or tailor/admin chat.
- Messages exchanged between boutique admins and assigned tailors about active work.
- Basic technical logs needed for security, authentication, notifications, sync, and troubleshooting.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage boutique orders, pieces, measurements, material usage, and delivery status.
- To show assigned work to the correct tailor and keep active work synchronized.
- To send order, chat, photo, and work-status notifications.
- To track customer receivables, tailor payables, inventory usage, and audit history.
- To protect the system from unauthorized access and diagnose service issues.
Sharing
Information is shared only within the Ritika Boutique workflow. Tailors see only work assigned to them and the information needed to complete that work. We do not sell personal information.
The apps use service providers such as Firebase/Google services for phone authentication, cloud messaging, Firestore active-order sync, and image storage, and a private Ritika Boutique backend for permanent records.
Retention
Active order data may be mirrored temporarily for realtime sync. Permanent business records are retained in the boutique backend for accounting, dispute resolution, and order history unless deletion is requested and legally/business-wise possible.
Security
Access is role-based. Admin and tailor accounts require authenticated login, and images are served through protected authenticated URLs where supported. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to business users and assigned work.
Children
The mobile apps are intended for adult boutique staff and adult tailors. Boutique records may include measurements or order details for girls when entered by staff for a real customer order, but the apps are not directed at children.
